A Franklin man is charged in connection with a domestic dispute that happened Wednesday night shortly after 6:15. The Franklin City Police say they responded to the domestic call at 316 Pacific Street. Officers say when they arrived they spoke with both Rickie Allen Peterson and the victim and determined Peterson had physically assaulted the victim leaving injuries on the victims head and hands. Peterson was arrested and charged with simple assault, Possession of Marijuana, possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Harassment.
