A Kennerdell man is free on $5000 unsecured bond in connection with the alleged assault of a 23 year old woman Monday morning. The Franklin based state police report 23 year old Kyle Matthew Strouse, physically assaulted the woman during a domestic dispute in Cranberry Township at shortly after 10 a.m.. It is reported Strouse was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Andrew Fish. Police say a warrant of arrest was also obtained for Strouse.
Online court records indicate Strouse was arraigned Monday afternoon and is schedule for a preliminary hearing before Judge Fish in Venango County Central Court on Wednesday, January 25th at 8:30 a.m. Strouse is not yet represented by an attorney. He is charged with Misdemeanor 1 Simple Assault and Misdemeanor 3 Harassment.
