A Titusville man is accused of Harassment in connection with an incident Sunday afternoon in Venango County. The Franklin state police report Christopher George Weagraff, 37 is alleged to have intentionally driven to 344 Old Route 8, Cherrytree Township without any legitimate purpose. Police say his intent was to confront Nathan Hasty, of Titusville in or order to harass, annoy and alarm him. Weagraff is said to have done all of this while stopping his vehicle on the roadway and getting out of his vehicle, all the while yelling at Hasty causing him to call the police, who report Weagraff's conduct also disturbed numerous other persons within earshot. A non traffic citation was filed against Weagraff for Harassment. He was also cited for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. Chargers were filed through the offices of Magisterial District Court Judge Andrew Fish. The incident is reported to have happened Monday afternoon between 1:30 pm and 2:04 pm.
