A Cranberry High School student is charged with Harassment stemming from an incident Wednesday morning at the school in Cranberry Township, Venango County. Troopers from the Franklin State Police station responded to an alleged harassment. Upon arrival, police determined that the unidentified girl, described only as a white non-Hispanic from Venus, Clarion County, and 18 year old Jason A. Blauser of Oil City had become involved in a verbal disagreement during which the girl punched Blauser multiple times in the face. Charges were filed through the office of magisterial district judge Patrick Lowery.
